Karolina plays an important role in sourcing and recruiting the best talent for the Cyber-Duck team. Communication and management is very important in Karolina’s role, and she effectively manages all events, trade shows and meetings for the Cyber-Duck team, as well as maintaining a happy working environment around the office.

Karolina graduated from the top University in Sweden, Lund University, with a MSc in Business Administration and Economics, specialising in Managing People, Knowledge and Change. Aside from her degree, Karolina attends numerous training courses to broaden her skills in the field of leadership and management, making her an integral component for the Cyber-Duck team.
