Francis is an outstanding Information Technology and network security expert who manages network infrastructures, hosting servers, security and SaaS accounts implementing appropriate measures to ensure smooth operation whilst providing 24/7 support to Cyber-Duck and selected clients so that support, speed and security is at the forefront of the company's production. Francis ensures that all databases, servers and other accounts are running at optimal performance.
With a MSc (Distinction) in Computer Science and Network Security from Middlesex University London and years of experience in IT and system support, Francis has an in-depth understanding of the principles of Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - and Network Security, Policies and Protocols in Application, Transport, Network and Link layers. In addition he has been exposed to the use of Access Control Mechanisms, Firewalls and IDS, Email Security, SSL/SSH, Encryption and Authentication. He ensures that data integrity and availability is maintained at all times.
Working with a team of developers, Francis ensures prompt response to all client support inquiries, identifying and resolving problems whilst keeping clients updated on incident progress.
