OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jerome performs an integral role in the smooth running of Cyber-Duck's operations and client projects including production, marketing and SaaS (software as a service for clients). Jerome has a BSc in psychology from City University that provides an essential input into crafting user experiences by understanding the cognitive mindset of a user and being able to analyse business requirements with strong attention to detail.
A background in helping to run a family business has given Jerome a fierce drive to succeed and the tenacity to see every project through to final completion whilst ensuring the entire team is highly motivated.
Jerome is not only a detail guru but also spots outstanding talent to grow the Cyber-Duck team and also oversees new business from start to finish.
