The Drum follows an enhanced census methodology, which evaluates agencies against three indicators of success: financial data, peer recognition, and client satisfaction. A valuable comparison is presented, as agencies are ranked against those of a similar team size. We enjoyed appearing in the top half of the table for financial and peer performance – but are most proud of our client feedback.
