Having worked for over a decade in digital design, Richard brings his keen insights and eye for detail to Cyber-Duck. He is fascinated with all aspects of the design process, constantly absorbing new techniques and making sure he’s up to date with the latest trends so he can create outstanding interfaces.
Richard heavily prioritises the end user, taking a user-centric stance when designing. In addition, his previous career and experience as an illustrator allows him to unleash his creativity to solve user problems and deliver intuitive interfaces. He even won the Retail Week award for Best Customer Experience in 2016.
