Your manager:

You will report to the Head of People & Training and actively support the Operations team.

Where is it based?

We’re a hybrid business. So, what does that mean? Well, it means that we
recognise flexibility is key for most people to be fulfilled, enjoy their work and deliver great results. There will be an expectation that you come to the office to build relationships and work with your colleagues but we do not prescribe at a company level when and how frequently you must come in.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building candidate attraction strategies & Employer Brand, in collaboration with our marketing teams. The strategies will include community marketing using IM applications, social channels and video marketing as well as content production and promotion.
  • Building and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Manage job posting via job boards, website and review sites.
  • Directly sourcing candidates using a range of media, networking, headhunting and through referrals.
  • Using the internal ATS, monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates’ applications are processed efficiently.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, management of first line screening and interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to evaluate, define and report on the hiring pipeline for all open positions - including permanent and contractor roles.
  • Take ownership of key components of the applicant pipeline including screening CVs, communicating with candidates and early-stage interviews (phone, virtual and in-person).
  • Working with the Head of People & Talent, build and develop a Learning Academy.

Qualities we look for in candidates:

Required Skills and experience:

  • Established & demonstrable experience in a similar role in an internal recruitment role or in-house.
  • Creative recruitment tactics and a proven track-record in hiring hard to find candidates.
  • Attention to detail.
    Ability to work as a team with a variety of different disciplines.
  • Strong networking skills, confident in social situations & an obvious passion to promote Cyber-Duck.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the Technology Sector.
  • Previous creative or Digital Agency experience would be desirable but not essential.
