Coming from a background that combines marketing and product design, Fabiola has been applying the Design Thinking methodology during most of her professional life, in industries like fashion, events, design studios and ecommerce.
Her passion for consumer psychology, combined with an interest in brand experience led her to create a blog to share her thoughts on CX and how the companies are dealing with this subject in the Industry 4.0.
