As the Cyber-Duck Bid Manager, Sofia tells Cyber-Duck’s story and ensures the agency’s work and ethos are known throughout the industry. Sofia first joined Cyber-Duck as an intern after graduation from the University of Cambridge, with a background in Geography. She trained herself and rapidly progressed through five roles, in less than four years.
She enjoys promoting clients' and the agency’s user-centred expertise with a creative twist. Popular campaigns include the UX Companion app, an interactive light logo and How GDPR Stole Christmas. Now, Sofia leads our bid management for Client Services, writing creative tenders and proposals that reflect Cyber-Duck's ethos.
Sofia was delighted to be chosen for the BIMA Hot 100 2018. She joined the 'Rising Star' category which recognised the under 30 ‘ones to watch’ for their impact on the digital industry so far.

BIMA’s annual Digital Day event (D-Day for short) is a nationwide initiative that links schools with creative professionals from across the UK. Sofia returned to her high school to teach them how to develop website concepts around sustainability and digital promotion.
Sofia led a session for Creative Startup Essentials on ‘How To Build a Website’ at the Design Museum in London. She shared an introduction to UX, SEO and how to integrate your website with email marketing software, CRM and social media.
