James has worked as a Graphic/Visual Designer for the last 6 years, most recently leading the creative output for a multitude of travel brands based in London (Trafalgar, Insight Vacations & Uniworld, to name a few). He loves graphic design, but after getting a taste of UX he couldn’t resist its allure. So, at the start of the year, he studied User Experience Design and then was welcomed into the pond.
His key strengths are in being able to think critically, creatively and laterally when it comes to problem solving - along with a dash of empathy and pragmatic realism. He has experience in a range of disciplines including film production & photography. Most importantly though, he's always happy to help out!
