James has worked as a Graphic/Visual Designer for the last 6 years, most recently leading the creative output for a multitude of travel brands based in London (Trafalgar, Insight Vacations & Uniworld, to name a few). He loves graphic design, but after getting a taste of UX he couldn’t resist its allure.
His key strengths are in being able to think critically, creatively and laterally when it comes to problem solving - along with a dash of empathy and pragmatic realism. He has experience in a range of disciplines including film production & photography. Most importantly though, he's always happy to help out!
