Looking after our team

Alongside his role as a business strategist and account manager, Sylvain balances our COO duties. Leading internal operations, he works with IT to put the right infrastructure and tools in place. This ensures our entire team have what they need to continue delivering award-winning work.

Beyond projects, Sylvain is always happy to go the extra mile for clients, hosting workshops to advise cross-channel digital strategies, promotion and technical troubleshooting. He has contributed workshops and talks for professional delegates at UX London, Rackspace Academy and the Business Media Insights conference: from unlocking the potential of hybrid cloud technologies for developers, to walking media companies through SEO.

Outside of the office, he enjoys getting back to his roots and supporting the next generation of developers. Last year, he contributed a guest lecture at the University of East London (UEL) explaining to the students how Agile development works in real project scenarios.

Sylvain led a workshop about how to become a better UX designer through code at UX London.

To clear his mind, Sylvain enjoys physical activities and regularly practices tennis, running, swimming, skiing… the list goes on. He recently completed the London Sprint Triathlon in Hyde Park, raising money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma research.
